Used this service for the first time in early December of this year and was thoroughly impressed.
After having the flight from hell where we were stuck circling Melbourne Airport for an extra 30 minutes, we missed our appointed driver and car. However when we got on the ground, Peter rang us to assure us another vehicle was on its way.
We arrived at our Hotel completely relaxed and booked a car again for when we were to leave 3 days later.
I don’t have to worry about a single thing in relation to getting around once I step off the plane in Melbourne thanks to Premium. I am collected from the airport and picked up and delivered professionally and well on-time to every appointment I have and then taken safely and courteously back to the airport. All stress-free. Rates are great. Cars are spotless. Very highly recommended.

We had a wonderful trip from the melbourne airport to our hotel our driver Aiman was a true gentleman nothing was too much trouble we had bottled water much appreciated and lollies .We were there to celebrate our nieces 21st birthday and this just made it so special.Thank you Peter and Aiman we will see you next time we are in melbourne .
We had a wonderful taxi ride in one of your cars on August 7, 2015 from Melbourne Parkveiw Hotel to the airport. Our driver, Guivinver, was an excellent representative of your company. He arrived early in a clean car, was polite, friendly, and a safe driver. It is always a stressful time getting to the airport for a flight but your driver took that stress away. Thank you for such good service. We will use your company again and recommend it to our friends and colleagues.

We found out about this gem of a service at our hotel, I had been to Melbourne three weeks before and I wish I had of known about this service. Thanks to our driver who had lollies and water in the car on departure. Arrived 15 mins before he needed to be there, did not catch his name but he is a credit to your company. I will be using again if I ever go to Melbourne, Premium Taxis all the way.
