Reservation Agreement: Terms & Conditions

COMPANY SERVICE TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR WEBSITE, APPLICATION.

Welcome to Loosta Car. Loosta Car is pleased to provide services to you subject to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read this agreement carefully, before accessing or using the Service. If you do not accept the Terms and conditions expressed here, do not use this Website, Application or the service. By using this Website and or Application and or the service, you expressly agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions set forth herein without limitation or qualification and acknowledge that any other agreements between you and Premium Taxis – Loosta are superseded and of no force or effect. We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Premium Taxis – Loosta Car is a service enabling you to book, and pay for, a vehicle transfer through the use of an application supplied by us and downloaded and installed by you on your single mobile device (smartphone) (Application) or via our Website. It connects you to drivers so that the drivers may pick you up and take you where you need to go. The Application allows you to track the driver’s location and manage other functions.
In order to be able to first use our services, you first need to sign up with us. When signing up, you are obliged to provide us with your personal information. Upon successful completion of your signing up with us, we will provide you with a personal account, accessible for you with a password of your choice. You may also choose to provide us with your credit card or account details. Premium Taxis – Loosta meets the payment card Industry data security standard (PCI DSS) is a set of security standards.

ALL CANCELLATIONS

All cancellations must be sent via e-mail to book@premiumtaxis.com.au, or cancelled via the website www.loosta.net. Phone call cancellations are also accepted. If cancellation is made less than 24 Hours from time of scheduled reservation Loosta Car reserves the right to charge the in full amount for the reservation. Discretion will used upon the individual transfer.

NO-SHOW FEE

A no-show fee equal to the total trip cost plus applicable waiting time will be charged when the passenger fails to show at the scheduled pick up location. In order to avoid this charge, passengers should not leave designated pickup locations without calling Premium Taxis -Loosta car on +61 (0) 428 0428 28.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

We accept cash and most major credit cards, AMEX, Master Card, Visa, Cabcharge and Pre Authorised Account work.

HOURLY RATES

Hourly rates are Billed from the Booking time. Fractions of an hour are charged at a 15 min increments.

APPLICABLE LAW

These Terms and Conditions and all disputes arising in connection with these Terms & Conditions and/or with the use of the Services are governed by the laws of Australia. © 2013 Loosta.net
